Retail Assistant Store Manager

Our stores embody innovation and design, with two state-of-the-art facilities in Austin, Texas, and a growing network of locations across the country. The Assistant Manager position is crucial in driving the store's business strategy and ensuring a memorable customer experience.
Responsibilities
Customer Focused: Model WOW service with a "customer is our boss" mentality. Train and coach your team to deliver WOW experiences.
Drive Results: Develop and implement short and long-term business plans to drive key KPIs. Take ownership of a specific area of responsibility to positively impact store performance.

Requirements
Must be over the age of 18
Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs
Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a retail management role
Strong connections with local media, non-profit organizations, and other key partners
Passion for Kendra Scott and its mission
Availability to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends
