Retail Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Model, teach, and coach WOW service with a customer-first mentality
• Train and develop team members to deliver WOW experiences
• Drive sales and maximize store productivity
• Build guest connections through WOW experiences
• Develop short and long-term business plans to achieve key KPIs
• Motivate and inspire team members through feedback and recognition
• Increase brand awareness through philanthropic efforts and community initiatives
• Acquire new customers through traffic-driving efforts
• Ensure all guests feel welcome and part of our family

Qualifications

• Must be over the age of 18
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a retail management role
• Strong connections with local media, non-profit organizations, and key partners
• A passion for Kendra Scott and its mission
• Available to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends
