Responsibilities
- Model, teach, and coach WOW service with a customer-first mentality.
- Train and develop your team to deliver WOW experiences.
- Drive sales and build guest connections through WOW experiences.
- Develop short and long-term business plans to drive key KPIs.
- Increase brand awareness through philanthropic efforts and community initiatives.
- Acquire new customers through traffic-driving efforts.
- Ensure all guests feel welcome and part of our family.
- Communicate effectively through various channels, providing ongoing performance feedback.
- Find ways to thrive in different areas of the business, applying learnings to new situations.
- Approach new opportunities and challenges with urgency and enthusiasm.
- Lead by example, demonstrating integrity and following company policies.
- Take responsibility for your actions and the actions of those you lead.

Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
- Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Experience leading functional teams in a retail management role.
- Strong connections with local media, non-profit organizations, and other key partners.
- A passion for Kendra Scott and its mission.
- Availability to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
