Responsibilities

  • Model, teach, and coach WOW service with a customer-first mentality.
  • Train and develop your team to deliver WOW experiences.
  • Drive sales and build guest connections through WOW experiences.
  • Develop short and long-term business plans to drive key KPIs.
  • Increase brand awareness through philanthropic efforts and community initiatives.
  • Acquire new customers through traffic-driving efforts.
  • Ensure all guests feel welcome and part of our family.
  • Communicate effectively through various channels, providing ongoing performance feedback.
  • Find ways to thrive in different areas of the business, applying learnings to new situations.
  • Approach new opportunities and challenges with urgency and enthusiasm.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating integrity and following company policies.
  • Take responsibility for your actions and the actions of those you lead.
  • Make good decisions guided by a balance of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment.

Requirements

  • Must be over the age of 18.
  • Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
  • Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Experience leading functional teams in a retail management role.
  • Strong connections with local media, non-profit organizations, and other key partners.
  • A passion for Kendra Scott and its mission.
  • Availability to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
