Retail Assistant Store Manager

Our stores embody innovation and design, with two state-of-the-art facilities in Austin, Texas, and a growing network of locations across the country. The Assistant Manager position is crucial in driving the business strategy and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Customer Focused: Model and teach WOW service principles to foster a positive guest experience. Coach team members to deliver WOW experiences consistently.
Drive Results: Develop and implement short and long-term business plans to maximize store productivity and achieve key KPIs. Lead the Store Manager in achieving revenue targets and operational excellence.
Believe in Developing Talent: Motivate and inspire your team through feedback, recognition, and coaching. Build skill and engagement through various methods.
Build Networks: Increase brand awareness through philanthropic efforts, community initiatives, and event participation. Acquire new customers through traffic-driving strategies.

Requirements
Must be over 18 years old.
Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience leading functional teams in a retail management role.
Strong multitasking and attention-to-detail skills.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams and measure success in terms of significant impact on others’ careers.
Strong connections with local media, non-profit organizations, and key partners to drive traffic and brand awareness.

Availability to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
