Responsibilities

Requirements
Must be over 18 years old.
Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
Standing and walking for at least 6 hours per shift.
Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Previous experience leading functional teams in a retail management role.
Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills.
Experience defining success in terms of significant impact on team members' careers.
Connections with local media, non-profit organizations, and key partners to drive traffic and brand awareness.

Availability to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
