Responsibilities
Customer Focused: Model WOW service principles, train and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Drive Results: Develop and implement business strategies to meet key KPIs, support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.

Requirements
Must be over the age of 18.
Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Previous experience leading functional teams in a retail management role.
Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills.
Experience defining success through significant impact on team members' careers.
Connections with local media, non-profit organizations, and key partners to drive traffic and brand awareness.

Availability to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
