The Assistant Manager position is crucial in driving store performance, fostering a positive customer experience, and supporting the broader brand mission.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Focused: Model WOW service principles, train and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Drive Results: Develop and implement business strategies to meet key KPIs, support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.

  • Believe in Developing Talent: Motivate and inspire team members, celebrate achievements, and foster a positive work environment.

  • Build Networks: Increase brand awareness through community initiatives, manage event and giveback goals, and drive traffic to enhance the brand's impact.

Requirements

  • Must be over the age of 18.

  • Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.

  • Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • Previous experience leading functional teams in a retail management role.

  • Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills.

  • Experience defining success through significant impact on team members' careers.

  • Connections with local media, non-profit organizations, and key partners to drive traffic and brand awareness.

  • A passion for Kendra Scott and its core values.

  • Availability to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
