Responsibilities
- Provide support and assistance to the Store Manager in all areas of their duties
- Initiate the interview process by reviewing applications
- Schedule employees and assist in appraising performance
- Make recommendations for disciplinary action
- Direct, supervise, and train retail staff in daily duties related to donations, processing, and sales
- Operate the cash register and point of sale system accurately and efficiently
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including banking procedures and nightly cash deposits
- Complete reports such as donation counts, daily business statements, and cash drawer balances
- Conduct monthly store audits
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
- Able to operate a cash register, perform stock duties, and provide customer service
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic mathematical skills
Previous supervisory and training experience in customer service with retail or food service experience, along with knowledge of cash register procedures, stock control, banking procedures, merchandising, and display, is highly desirable.

Schedule
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays, with a minimum of two closing shifts per week.
