About the role
The Retail Assistant Store Manager supervises partners, maintains the selling floor and stock room, and handles store opening and closing. Responsibilities include merchandise ordering, auditing, asset protection, assisting the manager in daily store operations, and creating customer letters, order forms, and internal spreadsheets.

Schedule
This position requires working both days and evenings, and every other weekend as business needs require.

Pay
Base salary for this role ranges between $54,340 and $68,640 per year. The range accounts for factors such as skill sets, experience, training, and business needs. Compensation decisions depend on individual circumstances.
