Retail Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work side by side with the Store Manager to exceed customer expectations, build a high-energy store environment, and uphold the standards that define a 5.11 store. You’ll lead by example, tackle challenges head-on, and support your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional 5.11 EDGE customer experience.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Support store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visuals.
• Maintain high standards throughout the store, ensuring customer focus, compliance, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience with a focus on developing and motivating teams.
• Ability to support daily operations, manage priorities, and deliver results.
• Drive for teamwork, problem-solving, and maintaining high standards.
• Passion for tactical, outdoor, or fitness gear.

*Benefits available to regular full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week, including eligible dependents.

Pay

$18.50–$21.50 per hour plus bonus.
