Retail Area Manager

About the role

As a Retail Area Manager, you will oversee 7-10 store locations, driving sales, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire store managers to exceed sales, margin, and profitability targets
• Ensure a customer-centric approach by responding to feedback and maintaining brand standards
• Oversee operational excellence, including compliance with safety, inventory, and cash controls, and timely implementation of company policies
• Recruit, train, and develop store managers and their teams to build a culture of success
• Analyze business trends, manage budgets, and implement strategies to maximize store performance

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple locations
• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred)
• Availability to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
• Flexibility to travel to nearby stores for support as needed

Pay

Salary for this position is targeted at $85,000, depending on experience.
