Key Responsibilities
- Engage and interact with homeowners at events, home shows, retail locations, and community activations
- Initiate conversations, build rapport, and educate prospects on our window and door solutions
- Set qualified in-home consultation appointments for design consultants
- Represent the Renewal by Andersen brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
- Absorb and present event setup, breakdown, and on-site brand presentation as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Confident communicator with a friendly, people-first attitude
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Prior customer-facing, sales, or event experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Earning Potential
- Starting pay: $16-$17 per hour, based on experience
- $50 bonus per qualified appointment (demo)
- Event Marketers who consistently meet performance goals can expect to earn approximately $50,000 annually, with opportunities to earn more based on performance
