Retail Allocation Analyst

Position Overview

The Retail Allocation Analyst supports inventory placement, replenishment, and allocation decisions across dealer partners to ensure the right product is in the right location at the right time. This role partners closely with retail inventory analysts to optimize sell-through, reduce stockouts, and minimize excess inventory. The Retail Allocation Analyst executes weekly replenishment orders, assortment changes, and markdown strategies to improve inventory productivity.

Preferred Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in inventory planning, inventory allocation, replenishment, supply chain, merchandising, purchasing, or retail operations
• Experience working with inventory management, ERP, or replenishment systems preferred
• Retail inventory, allocation, or replenishment experience strongly preferred
• Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Airtable, or similar business intelligence platforms is a plus

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with inventory reporting and database management tools preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
