Responsibilities

• Interact and build rapport with decision makers in each customer location.
• Place orders of product to be delivered, maintaining sufficient inventory levels for consumer purchase.
• Manage and fill customer beverage sections, build displays, fill coolers, and ensure proper stocking, maintenance, and rotation according to company standards and the store's Joint Business Plan (JBP).
• Supervise and collaborate with merchandisers to ensure accounts are stocked and displays are built in alignment with company standards and store management.
• Rotate products to ensure a "first in - first out" stocking system by removing and organizing product on shelves.
• Sell in additional displays, new products, and other promotional items throughout the assigned store to increase sales volume and generate additional sales revenue.
• Maintain Joint Business Plans (JBP) throughout the year by regularly confirming with the Field Sales Manager and customer location on the details of the JBP.
• Ensure backroom stock areas are maintained in a safely accessible stack formation within the assigned storage area.
• Write up credits and confirm credits are ready for pick-up by bulk drivers.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.
• Cover Merchandising duties when necessary.

Requirements

• A high school diploma (or GED) is required or an equivalent degree/certificate may be considered.
• Must be able to operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on an iPhone and iPad devices.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have the ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
• Must have the ability to lift to 50 pounds.
