Responsibilities
- Promote the growth and development of the full portfolio of Coca-Cola products and build trust with customers by being the beverage industry expert
- Execute promotional activities and ensure accounts are merchandised in accordance with company standards and the stores Joint Business Plan (JBP)
- Interact and build rapport with decision makers in each customer location
- Place orders of product to be delivered, maintaining sufficient inventory levels for consumer purchase
- Manage and fill customer beverage section, build displays, fill coolers and all points of availability, ensuring they are properly stocked, maintained, and rotated per company standard
- Supervise and collaborate with merchandisers to ensure accounts are stocked and displays are built in alignment with company standards and store management
- Rotate products to ensure the store follows a “first in - first out” stocking system by removing and organizing product on shelves
- Sell in additional displays, new products, and other promotional items throughout the assigned store to increase sales volume and generate additional sales revenue
- Ensure Joint Business Plans (JBP) are followed throughout the year by regularly confirming with their Field Sales Manager and customer location on the details of the JBP
- Maintain backroom stock areas in a safely accessible stack formation within the assigned storage area
- Write up credits and confirm the credits are ready for pick up by bulk driver
- Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
- Cover Merchandising duties when necessary
Requirements
- A High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent degree/certificate preferred
- Must be able to operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on an iPhone and iPad devices
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
- Reliable form of transportation
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
