Responsibilities
- Perform mobility exercises for our residents in accordance with their individualized care plan
- Assist residents attain the highest physical and emotional wellbeing possible by restoring mobility
- Perform Activities of Daily Living
- Assist residents with assistive devices
- Observe changes in condition
- Ensure a safe environment
- Maintain education
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Unencumbered State of Illinois C.N.A. certificate
- C.P.R. certification
- One (1) year of R.N.A. experience required
