Restorative Nursing Aide

About the role

Lake City Center for Nursing and Healing, a skilled nursing facility, is seeking passionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team as Restorative Aides. Responsibilities

• Overseeing, directing, and participating in restorative programs for individual residents.
• Facilitating the transition of residents from skilled rehab services to restorative progressive and preventative programs.
• Maintaining restorative nursing progress/documentation records for all participating residents.
• Visiting each resident daily and as needed to ensure the program's productivity.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant with experience and/or knowledge of restorative nursing philosophy/procedures.
• Ability to positively interact with everyone from residents to government agencies and the general public.
