Responsibilities

• Provide restorative care to residents.
• Collaborate with therapy to ensure residents achieve maximum benefit.
• Work closely with MDS, Nursing, and Administration to ensure all documentation is accurate.

Requirements

• Active CNA certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
