Responsibilities
- Empower residents through personalized restorative programs that support physical, emotional, and social well being
- Encourage independence through mobility training, grooming, dressing, and daily living skills
- Assist with range of motion exercises, positioning, transfers, and adaptive techniques
- Build meaningful connections while promoting dignity, respect, and self worth
- Observe, document, and communicate changes to ensure the highest quality of care
- Partner with nurses and leadership to create a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment
Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- CPR and First Aid certification
- At least one year of experience in long term care
- A compassionate spirit and genuine desire to serve others
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
