We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Summary (maybe About the role?), Qualifications (lots), Physical Requirements, Duties, Work Schedule (Full time, flexibility). Also maybe Benefits? Not mentioned. Pay? Not mentioned. So we should include sections: About the role (maybe from Summary), Responsibilities (Duties), Requirements (Qualifications + Basic Requirements + Grade Determinations?), Skills (maybe KSAs?), Schedule (Work Schedule). Also Physical Requirements could be part of Requirements or separate? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can choose which to include. We must not repeat job title. Must preserve all substantive info. Must not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. The posting includes a lot of qualification text; we need to keep it.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll structure:

About the role
Summary Northern Arizona VA Health Care System is looking for a Restorative Life Enrichment Nursing Assistant to join the Geriatrics and Extended Care Community Living Center team!
Responsibilities
- ... list each duty as li
Requirements
... combine Basic Requirements etc.
But we also have Skills section for KSAs. Could separate. Given instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications into one Requirements section, and Skills separate? But we have both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We could include Requirements (covering basic requirements, grade determinations) and Skills (KSAs). Also Physical Requirements could be part of Requirements. Let's create:Requirements
- ... each requirement as li
but instruction says use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So if we have a list, we should use ul. The requirements are not a simple list but we can break into bullet points.
We need to preserve ALL substantive information; we can convert paragraphs into bullet points but must not lose info. It's okay to break into bullet points as long as we keep the content.
Let's extract requirements:
From "Qualifications" section:
- Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.

- Physical Requirements: (list)
We also have KSAs for GS-4 and GS-5.
We could put KSAs under Skills section.
