Responsibilities
- Support restorative programs that promote resident independence and functional abilities
- Absorb and encourage resident participation and self-care
- Carry out restorative care plans and accurately document progress
- Provide ambulation, range-of-motion, positioning, and mobility support
- Assist with meals, transfers, and adaptive equipment use
- Observe and report changes in resident condition or functioning
- Collaborate with residents and the care team to achieve restorative goals
Requirements
- Current and active New Jersey CNA certification
- 1 or more years of experience in long-term care setting, preferably serving in a similar role

$23 - $25.55 per hour, based on experience
Schedule
Full-Time | 10am - 6pm, with weekend and holiday rotation required
