The private patient rooms on the 5th floor Medical/Surgical Department boast views from every window.

About the role

Under the supervision of the Restorative Nurse Coordinator, the Restorative Aide is responsible for working with residents requiring restorative nursing measures to gain or maintain their highest possible practical functional level. This includes providing direct restorative care and delegated formalized therapy tasks, as assigned, in accordance with a specific plan of care devised for each individualized resident receiving restorative care.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Certified Geriatric Aide by the State of Montana.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Clinical CNA experience, with a minimum of two (2) years with consistent good evaluations on job performance.
  • Knowledge and skills in restorative nursing principles and practice — has training in techniques and practices of restorative nursing.
  • Ability to interpret and apply verbal and written instructions.
  • Provide a current phone number.

Pay

Starting pay range varies based on experience up to 10 years.
