What You’ll Do

• Aid in cleanup and restoration after water, fire, mold, or biohazard damage
• Operate mitigation and drying equipment safely
• Follow detailed instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Maintain work areas and equipment to company standards
• Provide respectful, friendly customer service
• Support teammates and maintain a positive work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, positive, and hardworking
• Follow directions well and open to learning new skills
• Take pride in work and be ready to contribute to a team
• Comfortable with hands-on tasks and willing to get dirty
• Valid driver’s license and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Full-time (40 hours/week), with occasional overtime (paid at time and a half)
• Open to joining an on-call rotation after training
