Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment
- Perform necessary mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs
- Conduct daily maintenance and safety audits
- Communicate effectively with maintenance team members, leadership, and production staff
- Complete and maintain accurate maintenance documentation
- Enter and track maintenance activities (Work Orders) within SAP
- Support and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Follow all Food Safety requirements in accordance with the HACCP Plan
- Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness in alignment with 5S standards
- Perform all duties in a safe and compliant manner
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing or large industrial maintenance environment required
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience
- Working knowledge of PLC systems (troubleshooting and basic diagnostics preferred)
- Experience using SAP or similar maintenance management systems
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operations teams
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Current CPR certification
Skills
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair skills
- Working knowledge of PLC systems (troubleshooting and basic diagnostics preferred)
- Experience using SAP or similar maintenance management systems
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals

Pay
- Hourly wage of $25.85/hr to $30.62/hr (based on skills, experience and education)
Schedule
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am-3pm
