About the role
ServiceMaster DSI is the largest ServiceMaster franchise in the world! We provide restoration in Downers Grove, IL and surrounding areas. We are looking for a skilled carpet, tile, upholstery and air duct cleaning technician. Must have experience and knowledge on cleaning carpet, tile and grout, upholstery and air duct cleaning. Must also have knowledge using a portable or truck mounted unit. Cross training will be provided as a Restoration Technician in water, fire, and mold, during slower working times.
Responsibilities
Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers. Execute all work to meet or exceed applicable federal, state and local regulations and company and customer quality standards while providing world-class customer service. Become proficient in upsells and maintaining a client base. We love repeat clients!
Qualifications
- Become proficient in upsells and maintaining a client base
- Must have experience and knowledge on cleaning carpet, tile and grout, upholstery and air duct cleaning
- Must also have knowledge using a portable or truck mounted unit
- Cross training will be provided as a Restoration Technician in water, fire, and mold, during slower working times
- Must pass drug and background check
