Restoration Technician

About the role

You’ll be part of a team responding to water and property damage jobs in homes and businesses. You’ll help restore properties, support customers during stressful situations, and keep our equipment and job sites clean and professional.

Responsibilities

  • Perform water, fire, and mold restoration and cleanup work on residential and commercial jobs
  • Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment
  • Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
  • Communicate clearly with your supervisor, office staff, and teammates
  • Follow safety procedures, uniforms, and company standards
  • Treat customers with respect and empathy during difficult situations

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable with physical labor in real-world environments (heat, humidity, tight spaces), lifting 50+ lbs and being on your feet most of the day
  • Calm, respectful presence in customer homes and commercial sites
  • Any related background is helpful (moving/pack-outs, construction, demolition, detailing, car wash, warehouse, general labor)
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Available for on-call and occasional weekend work

Qualifications

  • No prior restoration experience required
  • Entry-level candidates may be considered for a Restoration Technician Assistant role

Skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Customer service orientation
