Restoration Technician
About The Role
As a Restoration Technician, you’ll be part of a team responding to water and property damage jobs in homes and businesses. You’ll help restore properties, support customers during stressful situations, and keep our equipment and job sites clean and professional. No two days are the same - this is hands-on, active work with room to grow. You do not need restoration certifications to be successful here. If you are dependable, physically capable, and take direction well, we can teach you the technical side.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with physical labor in real-world environments (heat, humidity, tight spaces), lifting 50+ lbs and being on your feet most of the day
- Calm, respectful presence in customer homes and commercial sites
- Construction experience or related (pack-outs/moving, demolition, cleaning, etc)
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Available for on-call and occasional weekend work

Pay, Schedule & Benefits
- Pay: $20-$25/hr (based on experience)
- Total earning potential: $50,000-$80,000/year
- On-call and weekends as needed
- Paid training and industry certifications
- Clear path to becoming a Lead Technician and Project Manager
