Qualifications
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, cleaning, or a related industry
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in varying environments
- Comfortable working in residential, commercial, and disaster restoration settings
Preferred Qualifications
- IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT, or similar)
- Experience with moisture mapping and drying equipment
- Experience managing crews and customer expectations
