About the role
Every day, your work helps customers recover from unexpected fire and water damage events. You’ll support daily operations, work directly with customers, keep projects on track, promote a safe work environment, and participate in the on-call rotation, including local and out-of-town storm work when required.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside restoration technicians, set project expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards
- Maintain positive interactions and keep customers updated throughout each job
- Document job progress, help manage labor, and support scheduling and budgeting needs
- Spot potential hazards and help put safe practices in place
- Participate in the on-call rotation, including helping with local and out-of-town storm work when required
- Assist with training and guiding technicians as they learn and grow
Requirements
- 6+ months of restoration experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professionalism, dependability, and a valid driver’s license
- IICRC certifications (preferred)
