Restoration Supervisor
About the Role
The Restoration Supervisor is a first responder in emergency fire and water property loss situations. You will respond to emergencies, restore customers’ lives, and mentor restoration technicians and labor. Responsibilities
- Perform advanced techniques for water, fire, and mold mitigation.
- Respond to emergency and non‑emergency service jobs.
- Complete timely and accurate paperwork.
- Provide field supervision and mentorship to technicians and labor.
- Ensure efficiency and progress of day‑to‑day field operations.
- Work with the Project Manager to understand and execute the scope of work.
- Assist with daily planning and activity at the project site.
- Ensure crews have the equipment and materials needed to perform work.
- Maintain the highest standards of workmanship based on industry standards.
- Maintain awareness of safety and protection for building occupants and workers.
- Complete inspections of work progress and verify completion.
- Communicate clearly with the Project Manager, Project Director, and customers regarding project conditions.
Qualifications
- 1 year of restoration industry experience (water, fire, mold) preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus).
- Pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report.
- Pass a pre‑employment drug screening.
- Previous IIRC certifications are a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Compensation
Base pay ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience. The position is eligible for an auto allowance, fuel card, expense account, company laptop, cell phone, and company apparel.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
The work environment is generally quiet. Employees must occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds and regularly sit, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk, hear, and walk around the office. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
