Voda Cleaning & Restoration is looking for a driven Restoration Sales Representative who thrives in a performance-based environment. You focus on generating new business through relationships, connecting with property managers, plumbers, insurance agents, and business owners to secure referral partnerships and convert opportunities into jobs. Your income directly reflects your production—the more relationships you build and jobs you generate, the more you earn.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target high-value referral partners
• Build and manage a consistent sales route
• Perform daily sales calls and set in-person meetings
• Secure referral agreements and repeat business
• Track pipeline, activity, and closed revenue
• Follow up with past customers and partners
• Represent Voda at networking events and community groups
• Deliver presentations to businesses and organizations

Requirements

• Strong relationship-building skills
• Confident communicator in person and on the phone
• Self-motivated with a high level of discipline
• Proven track record in sales or business development
• Ability to manage your own pipeline and activity
• Comfortable working in a commission-based structure
• Basic understanding of business and revenue goals
