Restoration Lead Production Technician

PuroClean of Vineland is seeking a dependable and responsible Lead Technician. This role works directly with customers to explain the restoration process for water, mold, and fire mitigation, assess the scope of work, and supervises, develops, and mentors team members to ensure high-quality service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures and standards.
• Understand and adhere to restoration procedures, including:
  • Water damage restoration procedures
  • Mold remediation equipment and procedures
  • Fire and smoke cleaning tools and procedures
  • Carpet cleaning equipment and procedures
• Demonstrate a positive, team-oriented, can-do attitude at all times.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and on time while delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain all equipment and vehicles in a clean, safe, and serviceable condition.
• Remain available for emergency response work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of field experience.
• IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification required.
• One of the following certifications:
  • IICRC Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT)
  • IICRC Applied Structural Drying (ASD)
  • IICRC Mold Remediation (AMRT)
• Possess a valid driver’s license and safely operate company vehicles.
• Lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Work for extended periods in both large and confined spaces.
• Wear appropriate respirator equipment for extended periods.
• Pass a respirator fit test and medical evaluation.

Pay

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
