Requirements

• Proven experience in the construction or restoration industry
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial building construction, materials, and techniques
• Proficiency in using estimating software and tools (e.g., Xactimate) to generate accurate estimates is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with property owners, adjusters, and mitigation and project managers
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze information and make precise estimations
• Solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is a plus
• Industry (IICRC) certifications are a plus
• Physical ability to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions, occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, and utilize personal protective equipment as necessary
