About the Role

DUCTZ has been providing industry-leading Air Duct Cleaning, HVAC Restoration, and Dryer Vent Cleaning services for residential, commercial, municipal, and healthcare properties since 2002. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality indoor air system cleaning to families and businesses across the country. Our restoration cleaners are trained in a complete step-by-step technical process, gaining a full understanding of how and why we clean to this high standard.

Responsibilities

• Clean and restore ductwork and HVAC components, dryer vents, and condenser coils
• Install dryer vent items, UV-C components, and flexible duct work
• Apply antimicrobial coatings
• Manage customer relations and assure quality customer service
• Inspect own work at customer locations to ensure it is complete, thorough, and meets DUCTZ quality standards and customer expectations
• Work well with other team members and perform assigned duties at a high level
• Properly use and maintain the DUCTZ service vehicle and other equipment

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a technical hands-on field
• Experience in HVAC, restoration, construction, or other skilled trades is a plus
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Organized with good verbal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple functions at the same time
• Capable of working effectively as part of a team
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to work in high areas or confined spaces
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Clean driving record

Pay

$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
