Restocker - Forklift

Roles And Responsibilities

• Verify loads against shipping papers; verify labels and quantity
• Load and unload goods to and from truck
• Assure delivery to appropriate departments and locations
• Prepare receipts for loads picked up
• Helps with palletization and shrink-wrap of daily goods
• Adheres to all safety rules, regulations and company policies
• Uses forklift and hand pallet jacks to unload shipments from trucks and move to storage area or deliver to appropriate departments
• Works with others in a professional polite manner
• Communicates with all levels of employees and management
• Works overtime and weekend hours as needed

Basic Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Printing Industry a plus
• Ability to operate electric pallet jack, floor jack, hand trucker, and shrink wrap

Preferred Skills

• Willingness to work nights, weekends and overtime
• Ability to work on time as scheduled
• Mathematical Skills - ability to add subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
• Compute rates, discounts, count inventory, and percentages
• Calculate volumes, weights and measures
