About the role

As a Cook, you'll be an essential part of our kitchen staff, working in a fast-paced environment where your skills will shine. You'll collaborate with a diverse team to ensure that each dish meets our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including regular cleaning and sanitizing of work areas
• Monitor food stock and assist in inventory management and order supplies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service during busy periods
• Participate in menu planning and offer suggestions for new dishes or improvements

Requirements

• Previous cooking experience is preferred, but we are open to training motivated individuals
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is essential
• Ability to work well with others in a high-pressure environment
• Commitment to maintaining quality and presentation standards in food preparation
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
