About the role

Noodles & Company is seeking Team Members to join our back-of-house kitchen crew as cooks and line cooks. You will prepare fresh ingredients, cook dishes to order, and ensure consistency, quality, and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order.
  • Ensure each dish is made with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation.
  • Follow recipes, prep guides, and standard procedures accurately.
  • Learn and refine kitchen and sauté skills through hands-on training.
  • Maintain pace during peak hours and support smooth kitchen flow.
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where communication matters.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively to meet guest expectations during busy shifts.
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment, heat, and steam.
  • Use kitchen tools, timers, and basic systems as part of daily routines.
  • Keep the restaurant clean and organized while following food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Bring dependability, positivity, and a supportive attitude to every shift.
  • Meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks.
  • Obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications.

Requirements

No experience with a sauté pan is needed; we will provide paid training. Must be at least 16 years old.
