About the role

As a Restaurant Team Member, you will be the face for our customers ensuring they receive a hot, made to order meal. Or you could be working on the makeline, preparing the food a family will gather together to enjoy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and food quality
• Prepare and serve meals quickly and efficiently
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to health and safety protocols

Requirements

• At least 16 years old (18 for Delivery Drivers)
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
• Nights and weekends are very busy, so you will need to have the ability and desire to work during these times

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and a desire to be part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent

Skills

• Customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (e.g., using a POS system)
