About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face for our customers ensuring they receive a hot, made to order meal. Or you could be working on the makeline, preparing the food a family will gather together to enjoy.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction with hot, made-to-order meals
  • Work on the makeline, preparing food for customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide excellent service to ensure repeat business
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness

Requirements

  • At least 16 years old (18 for delivery drivers)
  • Basic math and problem-solving skills
  • A desire to be part of a team
  • The ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
  • Nights and weekends availability
