Responsible for
- Building, testing and maintaining point-of-sale (POS) keys for the menu and order configurations of all national brand food and proprietary brand operations worldwide.
Job Qualifications
- Five years of experience in food POS menu management, design and maintenance is required.
- Experience in national brand food operation and menu is preferred.
- Or Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in food POS menu management, design and maintenance is required.
- Experience in national brand food operation and menu is preferred.
- Possible additional qualifications: PCS authorized. Major/Minor: Business Administration or Business Management.
Major Duties
- Develops, tests and implements restaurant POS keys, i.e., new items, promotions, limited time events, price changes, for all restaurant operations worldwide.
- Works closely with IT development team as the subject matter expert in relation to restaurant menu change lifecycle.
- Maintains documentation of the full menu changes processes and applicable systems.
- Makes sure to monitor and ensure compliance of price changes, surveys and promotions.
- Develops communication material to provide necessary information to field operation for successful execution of the changes while ensuring minimal to no impact to end user.
