Restaurant Systems Analyst

Responsible for

• Building, testing and maintaining point-of-sale (POS) keys for the menu and order configurations of all national brand food and proprietary brand operations worldwide.

Job Qualifications

• Five years of experience in food POS menu management, design and maintenance is required.
• Experience in national brand food operation and menu is preferred.
• Or Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in food POS menu management, design and maintenance is required.
• Experience in national brand food operation and menu is preferred.
• Possible additional qualifications: PCS authorized. Major/Minor: Business Administration or Business Management.

Major Duties

• Develops, tests and implements restaurant POS keys, i.e., new items, promotions, limited time events, price changes, for all restaurant operations worldwide.
• Works closely with IT development team as the subject matter expert in relation to restaurant menu change lifecycle.
• Maintains documentation of the full menu changes processes and applicable systems.
• Makes sure to monitor and ensure compliance of price changes, surveys and promotions.
• Develops communication material to provide necessary information to field operation for successful execution of the changes while ensuring minimal to no impact to end user.
