Responsibilities
- Aid the Restaurant Management team in overseeing front of house operations.
- Ensure all servers are trained and assist guests courteously, efficiently, and according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host/hostess area during peak and busy periods.
- Monitor and oversee opening and closing side work responsibilities with servers and busser/runners.
- Coordinate special tour luncheons with Sales and Marketing Specialist and Restaurant Manager.
- Manage and supervise bartenders and servers during check-out and cash closing procedures.
- Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service.
- Provide feedback to the Restaurant Manager on operational issues.
- Train, coach, and mentor front of house staff.
- Perform any other duties as requested.
Requirements
- Ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Financial background with the ability to enhance revenue and manage finances.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS systems.
- Physical demands: majority of time spent on feet, bending, twisting, squatting, and lifting up to 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
- Spanish speaking highly preferred.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a Bachelor’s Degree in F&B or Culinary is preferred.
- Three (3) years supervisory experience in a restaurant setting.
