As a Restaurant Stocker, you’ll ensure our kitchen and prep areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and organization while supporting the flow of food and supplies throughout the operation. Responsibilities Kitchen Support & Sanitation Clean and sanitize all kitchen and food prep areas according to company standardsTrain other Stewards on proper scraping, rinsing, racking, stacking, and washing proceduresTeach correct use of the three‑compartment sink (wash, rinse, sanitize) and air‑drying methodsMaintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, coolers, and dry storageEmpty trash and transport waste to disposal areas following operating procedures Stocking & Food Service Support Transport food and supplies to workstations and serving lines as neededProperly use and store food items, kitchen supplies, and toolsAssist with preparing, cooking, and serving food when neededSupport cost‑control procedures as directed by supervisors Teamwork & Service Work effectively with team members, vendors, and guestsPromote positive Team Member and guest relationsExhibit the Family Style Service model at all timesPerform additional duties as assigned by the F&B Manager or Supervisor Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to lift 40–60 lbs and work on your feet for extended periodsBasic math and recordkeeping abilitiesFamiliarity with food safety and sanitation standardsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredFood Handler Safety Card required.
