About the role

City Barbeque is looking for individuals to join our Back of House (BOH) team in roles including Prep Cook, Boards (meat carver), Pits (working the smokers), and Dish Washer. Responsibilities

• Provide great backyard hospitality for guests.
• Work in a fast and independent manner while cross-training and working multiple stations.
• Consistently follow proper recipes and procedures to maintain high standards for food preparation and sanitation.
• Contribute to the team by taking initiative and pitching in to help others.
• Arrive on time for each shift and practice proper time reporting (punch in and out accurately).
• Complete hot and cold food prep assignments by following recipes accurately, neatly, and according to sanitation guidelines.
• Work in collaboration to prepare takeout and catering orders in a timely fashion.
• Follow station checklists and cleaning lists consistently and thoroughly.
• Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with teammates and guests.

• Willingness to cross-train and work multiple stations.
• Commitment to following recipes and maintaining high food preparation and sanitation standards.
