About the Role

As a part of our Restaurant Squad, Crew Members aim to consistently deliver great customer service and the MOD Pizza experience. You’ll make pizzas that are every bit as beautiful and fun as you are in a cool environment with authentic vibes. You will create pizzas for a diverse range of customers, from pineapple adventurers to plant-based pioneers and pepperoni perfectionists. Over 70% of MOD Leaders are promoted internally, ensuring opportunities for growth and development. MOD can be a short chapter in your journey or an ongoing one—whatever you’re working towards, we want to help you achieve it.

Responsibilities

• Make customers’ pizzas, salads, and more
• Package customer orders with urgency
• Follow all food safety and food quality standards
• Keep the restaurant clean and ready to deliver the best customer service
• Demonstrate the fundamentals of hospitality (friendly, accurate, and fast) on every shift
• Have fun and work together with your Squad Crew to create an authentic customer experience vibe

Requirements

• Demonstrate a passion for people and enjoy connecting with fellow Squad crew members and customers
• Ability to follow processes and instructions in a consistent manner
• History of consistent attendance and punctuality
• Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to the success of the restaurant
