About the role
DoubleTree by Hilton Bay City Riverfront is seeking Restaurant Servers to join the Riverfront Grille team.
Responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders and answer menu questions
- Deliver meals and drinks promptly and accurately
- Check in with guests to ensure their expectations are met
- Process payments and use the POS system with accuracy
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage a busy setting
- Comfortable with basic math and transactions
- Familiarity with food and beverage menus or willingness to learn
