Restaurant Shift Supervisor

About the role

High demand for a PM Supervisor with 1-2 years experience; weekend availability preferred! SNAP Custom Pizza is looking for shift supervisors/team leaders to work in our restaurant. In addition to the team/crew member duties (guiding guests through the menu, ensuring order accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service), leaders are responsible for opening/closing procedures and leading co‑workers through shifts.

Responsibilities

• Guide team members in creating quality meals, excellent customer service, and an upbeat work environment
• Have thorough knowledge of setup, operation, breakdown, and cleaning operations of the store
• Manage daily activities to achieve overall company success, including delegating tasks to artisans, adhering to cleaning policies, and handling opening/closing operations
• Assist in training, development, and creating a positive culture

Requirements

• 1‑2 years of relevant experience (PM Supervisor role)
• Weekend availability preferred
• One or more years of management or supervisor experience preferred
• Experience in customer/guest service, team leadership, cashier, serving, or food preparation is recommended
