About the role

Peter Piper Pizza is a family-oriented restaurant committed to delivering a memorable guest experience. We are seeking a Shift Supervisor who can contribute to our operations standards by ensuring high-quality service, maintaining a clean environment, and developing our team members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years of age (local law restrictions apply)
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • 6 months of supervisory, lead, or training experience (or equivalent combination of relevant experience and industry experience)
  • Basic computer skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and close the restaurant according to checklists
  • Ensure restaurant profitability through sales, labor cost control, and food waste management
  • Train, coach, and develop Team Members
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all Team Members and guests
  • Assign daily tasks to Team Members and follow-up

Essential Job Functions and Work Environment

  • Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
  • Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift
  • Handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
