Restaurant Shift Supervisor

Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age (must comply with local laws)
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 6 months of supervisory, lead, or training experience (preferably in the restaurant/hospitality industry)
- Basic computer skills
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the restaurant according to checklists
- Ensure the profitability of the restaurant through sales, labor cost control, and food waste management
- Train, coach, and develop Team Members, Certified Trainers, Team Leads, and Key Holders
- Maintain a safe working environment for all Team Members and guests
- Assign daily tasks to Team Members and follow up
Essential Job Functions and Work Environment
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds during scheduled shifts
- Standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking, and squatting during scheduled shifts
- Handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
