Restaurant Shift Supervisor

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age (must comply with local laws)
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 6 months of supervisory, lead, or training experience (preferably in the restaurant/hospitality industry)
• Basic computer skills

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant according to checklists
• Ensure the profitability of the restaurant through sales, labor cost control, and food waste management
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members, Certified Trainers, Team Leads, and Key Holders
• Maintain a safe working environment for all Team Members and guests
• Assign daily tasks to Team Members and follow up

Essential Job Functions and Work Environment

• Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds during scheduled shifts
• Standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking, and squatting during scheduled shifts
• Handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
