About the role
Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. Help build and lead a high performing team of hourly Team Members. May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.) Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
- Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
- Strong problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay
Starting Hourly Rate – $21.00 – $25.00, as well as an additional $2/hour for certain shifts worked after midnight.
