About the role
Taproom Manager responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the taproom, including inventory management, customer service, and ensuring a welcoming environment for patrons.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall brewery goals
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality or retail setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience with bar management software
- Knowledge of local brewing industry trends
