Restaurant Shift Manager

About the role

Noodles & Company is seeking Shift Managers to lead and support their teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires previous leadership or management experience, along with customer service and hospitality background.

Responsibilities

• Lead a successful shift by managing team dynamics and ensuring high-quality service.
• Support and motivate team members, especially during busy times and peak hours.
• Delegating responsibilities to ensure smooth service and strong results.
• Setting up the next shift for success and recognizing team members for their contributions.
• Communicating clearly with the team and addressing issues as they arise.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, cleanliness, and daily operational standards.
• Maintaining physical stamina to perform necessary tasks, such as standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds.

Requirements

• Previous leadership or management experience (preferred).
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
• Ability to lead with energy, positivity, and consistency, especially during busy shifts and peak hours.
• Physical stamina to perform necessary tasks, such as standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications.
• Age requirement: must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly with the team and address issues as they arise.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, lift up to 55 pounds, and perform routine restaurant tasks.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Pay

USD $14.50 - USD $21.00 /Hr.
